Authorization of a third party
Would you like someone else to handle your affairs with Collect 1, or would you like to act on behalf of someone else? This can easily be arranged using our authorization form, which allows you to give someone permission to act on your behalf.
Authorization form
At Collect 1, you can authorize someone to act on your behalf by using our authorization form. This can be helpful if circumstances prevent you from representing yourself or if specific expertise is needed for certain actions, such as filing an objection or attending a court hearing.
Why an authorization?
There are several situations in which it is practical to authorize another person:
- you are temporarily unable to manage your own affairs;
- you need specific knowledge or expertise;
- you want a friend, family member or professional, such as a lawyer or solicitor, to represent you in legal or financial matters.
How does it work?
Download our authorization form and fill it out, including your signature. Be sure to clearly indicate whom you wish to authorize.
Scan the completed form and upload it via the button below for quick processing. Alternatively, you can send the form by post to Koninginnegracht 14c, 2514 AA The Hague. You will receive a response from us within three working days.
